Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching and Mentoring are often talked about together; however, it is important to make the distinction between the two. Coaching looks at specific goals that an individual wants to achieve and is a non-directive approach. Mentoring tends to be done by someone who has more experience in the area that an individual needs support with and they will share knowledge and experience to help the client move forward.
Coaching One-to-one
I offer one to one coaching virtually and face to face which helps provides a flexible service to meet the individual clients needs. Typically, an initial meeting will take place to identify the goals of the client and to create a coaching agreement to suit both parties. Although coaching can be a single conversation in some situations usually clients book four to six sessions (this can be agreed at the initial meeting). Once the sessions have been completed a follow up meeting will be arranged to complete the coaching experience.
Coaching and Mentoring Qualifications
Through working in partnership with accredited centres I also deliver ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) level 3 in Effective Coaching and ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring, as well as CMI (The Chartered Management Institute) Coaching qualifications.
