Equality Diversity and Inclusion

My success in delivering equality, diversity & inclusion training comes from my learner-friendly approach, which quickly relaxes and engages people; I put the subject into perspective within the context of the learners' work settings. I am non-judgmental and this empowers learners to discuss freely and openly their thoughts and feelings with each other and, ultimately, achieves the ownership and buy-in the client is seeking from its people.

I provide training for a range of learners – managers at all levels, staff, Board Members, residents, care workers and contractors.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion workshops

I adapt my training for each client, incorporating their policies and procedures, and in many cases I design fully bespoke programmes.

The broad aim of the training is to help people understand that equality and diversity is no different to other important performance criteria, but it does have its own specific body of knowledge, legal requirements and sensitivities.

Dignity at Work Workshops

These workshops raise awareness of harassment and bullying and develop the skills to manage it in the workplace. Workshops can be designed for managers and staff and cover areas such as the nature of harassment and bullying and its legal framework, its impact and the organisation's policies and procedures.

Virtual Webinar Training

The above workshops can be adapted to a virtual webinar which still allows for interactive activities to take place and provides opportunity for discussion within the group.
